About Our Organization
The Geography and Planning Student Society (GAPSS) at the University of Alberta is a vibrant community dedicated to enhancing the academic and social experiences of students in the geography and planning disciplines. The society offers a platform for collaboration, professional development, and advocacy, connecting students with faculty, industry professionals, and each other. We aim to inspire students to engage with their surroundings and become informed, responsible practitioners in their field

The Edmonton Coalition on Housing and Homelessness (ECOHH) is currently facing some capacity challenges which have constrained their social media presence. ECOHH plays a critical role in Edmonton by advocating on behalf of the unhoused and for affordable housing. They are seeking two student volunteers who can join ECOHH and help run their social media accounts.
